Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products. They are added to the total price of the cart at the time of your purchase. The amount of the delivery charges may vary depending on the country of the recipient. The shipping method may vary between: Post Switzerland and Post France.
In Switzerland and in Europe, delivery takes between 3 to 5 days.
Orders are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number.
Packaging sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Free delivery:
Switzerland: from 100 CHF of purchase
Rest of the world: from 150 CHF of purchase

Our articles have been carefully made to bring you complete satisfaction. If however you change your mind, you have the 14 days reflection period following the reception of your articles to return them and ask for a credit. We do not make refunds. The return costs remain at your charge.
The articles that are returned must consider the following conditions:
— Printing and filling out the return form.
— Label and packaging still present.
— Never worn or washed.
— Invoice attached to the package.

You will find below a return form to print and fill in to make the return. Items must be properly packaged so that they are not damaged in transit. If they are damaged or incomplete, we can refuse the credit.
